Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • After this period, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

Rackorica is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, you may contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.


Customs & Import Duties
